  • Support clients' web site maintenance and information technology needs by translating complex technical issues into understandable language and implementing as expected and on time.
  • Negotiate contracts and interaction with vendors providing hardware, network, and colocation services.
  • Transitioned to remote management of environment successfully for eight years via VPN and SSH.
  • Migrated company from physical servers to consolidated VMware virtualized servers.
